Width and Height Requirements:
Before delivery, please ensure you’re aware of the minimum width and height requirements for your chosen hot tub model. Take into consideration any potential obstacles such as gate frames, window sills, or drain pipes.

Please note that our deliveries are carried out using a Spa Dolly, a specialized delivery trolley that requires minimal access. Consequently, all dimensions provided are the minimum necessary, including those for the delivery system.

Electrical Requirements:
For 13 AMP Models:

You’ll need an outdoor waterproof plug socket with RCD protection, dedicated within 1.5 to 4 meters of the spa location.
For 32 AMP Models:

A 32-amp supply on HO7 6mm 3-core cable with RCD protection is required.
A commando socket with local isolation should be placed 2 to 3 meters from the spa, along with a ‘male’ plug and 8 meters of ‘tail end’ cable (also HO7 6mm 3-core).
Our engineers will hard-wire the tail-end to the spa during installation.
Please note:

A 32 amp ‘hard-wired’ supply necessitates the presence of your electrician during installation to complete the wiring connection.
For 40 AMP Models:

A 40 amp supply using HO7 6mm 3-core cable with local isolation via rotary isolator is needed.
The supply should originate directly from a suitable source (typically your domestic fuse box) to the rotary isolator, typically mounted 2 meters from the spa area.
An 8-meter ‘tail end’ is required from the isolator to the spa, to be hard-wired by an approved electrician.
Please note:

The 40 amp supply requires your electrician to be on-site during installation to complete the hard-wired connection.
